ABOUT ME
I'm an Executive Coach (ILM L7) and Senior Training Consultant with 19+ years in leadership development and behavioural change, working with senior and board-level leaders and their teams, in the UK and internationally.
People come to me when they want clarity, confidence and communication that connects and makes a difference. My focus is how leaders operate when situations become complex: competing interests, incomplete information and high stakes.
My specialism is human dynamics: how people read, affect and respond to one another, particularly under pressure. My style is warm, direct and precise. I both challenge and support with firmness and effectiveness and get to the root of things quickly, often working with smaller groups for individual attention and tailoring, providing clear ROI.
